I work with people who feel a sense of internal misalignment—between what they want, what they value, and how they are actually living. When these parts of the self fall out of alignment, life can feel effortful, confusing, or stagnant even when we “know better.”
Integrative Hypnotherapy and Coaching
My approach is grounded in the idea that sustainable change happens not through force or willpower alone, but through integration. Using hypnotherapy and coaching, alongside symbolic and imaginal frameworks drawn from Hermetic philosophy and ritual practice, I help clients clarify desire, resolve inner conflict, and bring action back into coherence with their deeper intentions.
Some people experience meaningful shifts in a single session. Others find that deeper or long-standing patterns benefit from additional work. After your first session, we’ll decide together whether further sessions would be useful.
Sessions are available in person at the Garrett Hypnosis Center in Chicago, IL, or remotely via Zoom.
Remote Session: $100 – $150 (need based sliding scale)
In Person: $150-200
A note on pricing: In order to make my services available to those in need and lacking in resources I offer all services on a sliding scale. If you can afford the higher end of this scale please know that this helps to provided discounted services for those in need.
